Raquel McCorvey, APRN, FNP-C
Raquel McCorvey is the founder and CEO of BeLuxxe Health and Wellness MedSpa in Lafayette, LA. She is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Master Storyteller, CBD Advisor, and Professional Legal Nurse Consultant. She has a true passion for empowering women of color to look and feel good about themselves. Raquel provides valuable insight to improve the mindset of others and help them reach their health and wellness goals. She currently serves as a board member for Lafayette Council on Aging, hospice inpatient and community Nurse Practitioner, and is a member of the Black Nurse Entrepreneurs organization. Raquel is a devoted wife, mother of six, and grandmother.

Tori Perrodin, FNP-C
Tori earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2008 and practiced as a registered nurse in women’s health related fields until she returned to earn a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2013, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. During that time, she taught undergraduate nursing students in maternity clinicals at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She first practiced as an NP within Endocrinology and attended Endocrine Society International conferences. Tori then expanded her experience by working in a breast surgery clinic, managing breast cancer patients post-operatively, the survivorship program, high risk patients, and conducted genetic testing. Inspired by mastectomy reconstructions of cancer survivors, she grew a passion for aesthetics and pursued certification in aesthetic procedures. She began managing endocrinology diseases again in addition to aesthetics to increase a sense of wellness in patients from the inside out. She also expanded her reach by doing primary care along with joint injections and regenerative medicine. She now provides an expansion of services including hormone optimization, healthy weight management, aesthetic procedures, and customized holistic healthcare to merge physical with mental health. Her greatest passions include mental health, writing, dancing, and comedy.
